Some essential information to help you understand MOD's billing and payment process.

Our Billing Process

MOD's billing process has 2 transactions taking place.

1. Customer's Shop Payment

A customer places an order from your store for a MOD custom garment, they checkout by paying you (the store owner) using your store's payment platform. This might be via Paypal etc. (payment gateway) on your Shopify store.

2. MOD's Fulfilment Payment

Once an order has been placed on your store you will be billed via your saved payment details (the credit card you have on file within the MOD app) then receive an invoice from MOD for your order.
